What is a good career for my fiancee?

My fiancee curerntly works at Home Depot overnight on the freight team-using a forklift,stocking,unloading trucks etc. He hates working over night and wants something that will pay more and could possibly turn into a lifelong career. He graduated high school but does not have a college education. He is really interested in sports. Any ideas? Even if it doesn't have anything to do with sports, I am open for suggestions!
